PCBA process is complex, in the process of production and processing, there may be a variety of problems due to improper equipment or operation, can not guarantee that the products produced are qualified, so it is necessary to carry out PCBA test, to ensure that each product will not have quality problems. So what are the forms of PCBA testing?
The PCBA test mainly includes five forms: ICT test, FCT test, aging test, fatigue test and harsh environment test.
1. ICT test: including circuit on-off, voltage and current values, wave curve, amplitude, noise, etc.
2. FCT test: IC program firing is needed to simulate the function of the whole PCBA board, to find the problems in the hardware and software, and to be equipped with the necessary production fixture and test rack.
3. Fatigue test: Sample PCBA board, and conduct high-frequency and long-term operation of functions to observe whether failure occurs and judge the probability of failure in test, so as to feedback the working performance of PCBA board in electronic products.
4. Test in harsh environment: Expose PCBA board to the temperature, humidity, drop, splash and vibration of the limit value to obtain the test results of random samples, so as to infer the reliability of the whole batch of products of PCBA board.
5. Aging test: Power on PCBA board and electronic products for a long time, keep them working and observe whether there is any failure failure. After aging test, electronic products can be sold in batches
